A yoga strap

2 firm blankets

An armless chair

and some wall space

    Class format:

    Classes begin with a centering practice, followed by asanas (postures) and shavasana (relaxation). I try to include mudras and pranayams too. Pranayams are a way to expand our breath. 

    Yoga happens beyond the mat too.

    Don't limit yourself to the mat. Look around. Everything can serve as a prop. Explore your world and home.
