​Yoga is steeped in philosophy. 

I teach students how to use breath as a tool for grounding, focus and nervous system regulation. Each class begins with breath awareness and builds movement from that foundation. I also weave in yogic practices like holding hand mudras that support emotional and mental balance, encouraging students to carry their calm into daily life.
